4. "Lawyer." amazes ,me how many people run their mouths when they absolutely don't have to. Can you imagine how much better of a deal she could have gotten if she had just kept her mouth shut and waited for her lawyer?

5. Another misleading stat they flashed. A large amount if not the majority of firearms used in a "homicide" because a gun was in the home, are suicides. Suicides are homicides but not murders. They want you to believe someone murdered an innocent person in all of these case. They have to lie and mislead in order to demonize a legal and inanimate object.

6. It's unfortunate and ironic A & E decided to use this series to flash anti-gun messages all over the screen at the beginning. Yes there are more firearms than people in this country. There are also more motor vehicles than people most likely. So what? Firearms are misused on a much smaller basis than vehicles yet I don't see anyone screaming for the elimination of cars. The people owning multiple firearms ( I am one) are usually the most responsible and law abiding. Same for concealed weapons license holders. Its the thug with a single firearm, that usually is already legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, that is causing the carnage. This series demonstrates some of that reality yet they want to blame inanimate objects for what evil people do. The 20 souls shot in Chicago this weekend were not shot by NRA members.

10. She forgot the bullet in the head. Never happened to me not one time. I always clear the chamber because it won't be the bullets or the clip I would forget first it would be the one in the head. So while I am unloading or cleaning or whatever I make sure and say it in my head the whole time while the gun is in my possession "finger off trigger, check barrel." Never had an accident like that and I never went to a training school to learn that, all on youtube baby. People have to understand A gun is no joke, its a machine built to kill or to hurt someone very badly and before I even clean or put my hands on my gun I make sure that mf is point far away and in a angle it couldn't hurt anyone.

11. At 8:21 why didn't the detectives ask "why were you tussling with the gun?" "What led up to y'all tussling with the gun"? She didn't say "PLAYING" with the gun!!!!! That woman said they were "TUSSLING WITH THE GUN"!!!!

21. All these detectives on this show are stupid!!! They need to do IQ test on police officers before they make them detectives!!! If I make an mistakes and shoot someone I claim to love I'm pretty sure I'm be crying my eyes out!!! Where's the tears!!!! All I hear is lies!!!!!
