Why the driver of the 18 wheeler seem high or drunk
8500 he’ll naw he’ll nawwwwwww i rather push that shot my self
tow truck companies are scams
Should’ve waited for those cars to move but also his tandems where are the way back making it more difficult to make sharper turns, all good tho it definitely works as experience for his future.
Jesus. Highway robbery. 75-8500$!? Probably cost them 1-200 tops to do that
Billy big rigger should have slide his tandems up before he left the shipper and he might have made the corner.
Tow truck driver what happened your truck get stuck truck driver I was delivering this bridge and I ran out of gas
did I hear correctly $7,500-8,500 for them to do this ? bro what
$7500-$8500 wow so what would a rollover costðŸ¤â€.
The shots to make it seem more stressful is a bit annoying.
Who supposed to clean the debri up the tow truck people they get paid big money to clean up.
I thought this hapends only in Midland TX
Everyone laughs but these companies need to start giving the right gps out
$8500!? 😓
I feel like I know this truckers face from tiktok🤣
Surprised it wasn’t a swift driver lol only truckers know what I’m talking about. Shane on the mess ñol
Great job guys!!
TAKE AIR OUT OF TIRES TO GET OUT
Sounds like they built the bridge a little too low
The tow truck driver looks like Jay z lol
if you see it often… why not put a sign ??? ðŸ˜Â
surly “look at the headers†i’d not an effective way to go about something. it’s literally a lot easier to just put a sign to avoid these types of situations completely
this is why the show is called Hustle and Tow lol he hustling out here in chicago
Having the tandems to the front would have made it
My truck yard is literally down the street from there and I pass this bridge fairly often. Height is fine, the trick is to swing wide enough to clear that hump and you're good. Good to hear to injuries atleast. Don't recommend having the tandems way all like that either especially in the city. Rookies 🤦â€Â♂ï¸Â
I just started watching these clips and only seen a handful, but I can already tell all the employees have some of the best attitudes out there!
Some cool guys right there. He knew what it was like and wanted to get the semi driver back on the road before it messed with his career. ðŸ‘ÂðŸÂ½
Pretty sure that was the last day of his CDL driving career.
Ghetto democratic chicago…..makes sense….
I hope the dude can still keep his job. Everyone can make miscalculation….
You mean job well done for you $8500 for just pulling a trailer off a piece of cement…..so, yeah job well Done !!!!! (Greed to its finest)…👌👌
We all have those days eventually. I had a door chain detach on the blind side while I was backing into a dock. Door swung open and was crushed between the dock and trailer. Sheered clean off the henges. I was embarrassed and demoralized just like this guy but at the end of the day you just have to learn from it and move on.
not a height restriction problem, clearly the driver didnt take the turn wid enough and the trailer axles rode up that concrete barrier which elevated the trailer causing it to hit the top of the bridge.. driver should have been using their MIRRORS and checking clearance as the trailer follows the truck around the turn.. go slow and watch your mirrors folks, easy
The bridge is not low, he jumped the curb by not going wide enough and smacked the bridge. Just a stupid rookie mistake that cost his company's insurance $8500. These things happen all the time and nobody suffered injuries so it's all good.
I've been driving for 5 months and my fear is bridges that are too low.
There should be a data base app of low bridges of every cities in every states here in America 🇺🇸
Did I hear that right, $7500-$8500? switches career
Tandems to the back in Chicago lol wise guy
@ 3:21 said that a couple times in my life ..
This happens once or twice a month at the bridge next to my house. Just truckers not paying attention.
Hard, mind taxing work, all of it. Truck driving, Tow truck wrangling, the works. It seems like you can't be dawdling and setting your own pace, you've got deadlines on deadlines.
That's gotta be a major stress.
Then the monotony of the driving long distance.
It's not brain surgery but it's just as draining and exhausting, if not more.
$7500-$8500 is a ripoff. $750 would even be a little steep but understandable. It didn’t take them 2 hours.
