  6. our mail in our jail has to be mailed out of state to another prison type place and they scan it and it comes up on the tablet … we cant get paper mail any longer in our jail …. it sucks takes damn near a month to hear from our loved ones …

  10. If you don't own the car then u caint say no to a search. If cop tells the tow guy to tow it and tow guy has to open it to tow it then it's ok to open for a tow. Just thinking. Not a legal sdvisor. After its open for a tow…then cop can search.

  16. I read the 4th Amendment and it doesn’t cover the part for people on parole or probation lol. And the cop book the 600.00 and the car as evidence. And C’mon Joe to think the cop took 600$ ? Mark’s a convict full of excuses and BS.

  18. This one made me feel sad for him. If what he’s saying is true, he doesn’t seem like that bad of a person to get re released into society. Maybe have a couple classes for him to check in with monthly but shit. Fuck Texas that’s crazy. Hope the algorithm makes this one pop off

  25. This dude is grabbing at straws… they have the right to get the car opened especially being towed. They need to inventory what's in the car… lol his valuables are cigarettes lol and garenteed he didn't have 600

  26. You caint win. U have to plead mercy. And ask for the min. And in that time you will come back before the court a different rehabilitated man. And if not they may impose the max.
