  3. The head and face are highly vascular so that’s why cuts tend to bleed so much. Internal injuries to the brain and the skull are a major concern seeing how her head went through the windshield like that

  4. Head wounds (& worse) are the worst to bleed! Even the most little wound..blood everywhere!! Can't even imagine what a laceration looks like!
