11. So what would the charges become in a case like this? Failure to yield to a police officer, fleeing from an officer and reckless driving for sure but would the crash come under the driving or could that become an attempted manslaughter charge?

Ive been in 2 car accidents in 1 year (wasn't our fault it was similar to this vid but no police chase and a little less severe – the car didnt flip) , i was not driving bc I am a minor, but the reckless people out their that causes these accidents dont know what phycological damage it does to the victim. I have PTSD from the accidents and I cannot get over it. I hate reckless people.
