5. What is it with black people and "rims" that they think other people care about their car's wheel size? I've seen expensive spinning rims on a car that was outwardly an absolutely piece of junk. They had the top of the line stereo system put in, but the motor sounds like it is about to die. Is this a generational thing where they can't get their priorities right? I'll bet he didn't dispute about the price when he dropped hundreds of dollars for some rims to go on the wheels that he can't even see while driving.

16. If you notice, at 2:05 a lady tells him what he needs to do to get his car released. At 2:59 new information is told to him that he didn’t know before because it wasn’t explained to him. Same thing at 6:15, more new information was brought to his attentions. They really give ppl the run around….

19. We all have to pay for license, registration, insurance and for fines if we get tickets. The day you sign for drivers license is also the day you agree to know and follow the rules.
    Maintaining a vehicle costs money. Fact of life. No special privileges for those who don’t follow the rules. Same stuff we all learned in kindergarten.

41. Actually, I got a parking ticket in Philadelphia,when my car was in Wilkes barre and I was in hospital for 4 weeks..no where even close to being in Philadelphia….I submitted the copy of medical record and parking ticket,I still had to pay . Philadelphia is a joke.
