  4. The lack of masks in this video is upsetting! Nice to see some of the paramedics wearing masks; but some of the officers and the other first responders on scene weren't wearing masks! I would have had a panic attack!

  13. He might not have been the only drunk one in the incident. The driver of the car could have also been intoxicated, and sideswiped him because of intoxication.
