  1. This is Waimea Bay on the North Shore people. I am Born and raised here. Soooo very deceptive. The current, and undertow is so powerful even when it is flat and glassy!!!!

  2. Man a rescued at least a dozen tourists and even a young local(wave sucked his wetsuit right off!) out sponging. That’s in big wave conditions too nothing like this video. The ocean is unforgiving, and some find out the hardest of ways

  3. They’re so lucky! Often times people don’t scream or show they need help because they’re embarrassed. I’m glad the lifeguards were able to see them and notice they were in trouble.
