  1. Officer: Do you have your license and proof of insurance?

Driver: No I don’t, the car is mine, I don’t know him.

    😂

  2. The people as expected anywhere in el paso. Ysleta is about 15 minutes away from home. It's sad to see how selfish some people are. Police do a great job as always.

  3. This is the most passive aggressive conversation I’ve ever heard😂😂😂

  4. 2 Mexicans speaking broken English to each other lead to confusion about “do you mind” lol.

  5. The man clearly says no yet the degradations to society (police) are trying to play semantics with a man who barely understands the language.

  6. “Blew passed the stop sign and didn’t even try to stop”

So those weren’t break lights ?

  7. He should’ve added to that advice at the end “don’t give seedy strangers rides”

  8. "She just blew that stop sign and didn't even attempt to stop". That was a LIE. Are you telling me he couldn't see her hit the brake and see her brake lights lite up at the stop sign? She DID attempt to stop, but rolled through it. TELL THE TRUTH.

  9. instead of saying "do you MIND" say "Do you consent"….also,…whats your address? "I'm indigent" but have a cell phone and service…where the F do they send the bill, mr indigent?

  10. “She blew that stop sign without even attempting to stop”
    Meanwhile: Officer blows stop sign😂

  11. "She blew that stop sign without attempting to stop". Officer, you can plainly see her brake lights. Not that there wasn't some shenanigans going on but c'mon man.

  12. Basically the guy is answering the question “do you consent to a search?” Which he is trying to reply “no, I do not” (consent)

But the police officer is framing the question in a way that is confusing for someone who speaks English as a second language.

Police should use the correct wording “do you consent to a search”

Not this “do you mind” stuff. Which can be interpreted loosely and not in the same definitive way that the “consent” does.
