  1. She walked up n knew his name and he said I'm n so much stuff right now n then tells her there but you'd think him being that much trouble he think not carry anything his vehicle

  2. 2:31 "The laws that we swore to enforce correctly are not as strict as we want them to be, so we try to find loop holes to make it worse as much as we can."
    Nice policework

  3. How is that intent to distribute when theres 3 grams sitting there of weed their just trying to make more money she was happy to charge him

  4. He could’ve bought it in baggies? 😅 this cop is literally the worst. This would fall apart in court so fast

  5. Shes upset that Oklahomans can't pick up a felony for doing meth. She really thinks a person high on meth deserves a life-ending felony.

  6. Are people not paying attention to these videos?? People saying the drugs were personal use. The officer examined clearly to us that because in Oklahoma that personal use is categorised as distribution. That's why she charged with felony to distribute, because it's state law.

  7. I don't agree with intent to sell at all. Look like he just bought it that way. I've seen her before, she's tough..or other words. I wouldn't want to be pulled over by her for many reasons.

  8. “If I was a dope dealer, I would have money”

    Amen, brother. Amen.

Surprised he didn’t say it was the dogs stuff.

  9. Yes, its ridiculous to not throw addicts in jail for minor amounts. Because zero tolerance punitive measures and a hefty sentences for people doing nothing but getting high has worked out amazingly these last few decades. Private prisons love this one neat trick!

  10. this seemed unfair and the fact that she had to read miranda warning from a card shows she's a complete rookie, they shouldn't let rookies make these calls that could be life-changing

  11. F-ing cops are ruining people's lives for the stupidest of reasons. So what if someone does recreational drugs. Recreational alcohol is one of the worst drugs out there, yet that's legal.

  12. If your gonna follow the law that closely, at least memorize the Maranda rights, I've been arrested twice and I can say them to a tee

  13. All of you people defending this guy are probably criminals too. Don't have the stuff in the first place and you wont get arrested. He knew what he was doing. Lost truck, dog and freedom = his problem.
