1. If this dude actually is able to drive (which i highly doubt), I do understand him getting upset. Yes, he won't have to pay the ticket if he's right. But he will have to have someone take him to court, take him to the impound lot, pay the impound fee, and then be exactly where he was before……

9. Let me understand this… He's waiting on his Lawyer to draw up paperwork so he can drive? But in the meantime, he's driving and breaking the Law. That's like having a learning permit and driving a car by yourself. You just waiting to pass the test to get your license.

23. If you got a court approval to drive, apply for a valid license, and drive around with it, how long does it take? If you are inconvenienced by that, should not have lost your original license.

25. News Flash. If the Courts granted you permission to drive your attorney would of told you to stop by his Office to get me paper work immediately after Court.

32. So how did that work out, yelling at an officer? And to be crystal clear, if he had gone to his attorney, hewould have a copy of the court order from his attorney. The judge would have recommended to keep it on him at all times. Period. It isnt a debate. Either he is throwing around his weight, or he needs a new attorney. Either way, not the officers problem. It is the driver's problem.

37. I realize I’m probably shattering every Democrat movement by saying this. The thing no one understands about police is that it isn’t about you when they pull you over. They don’t know you or quite honestly care to know you. They are enforcing the law. You may very well have a legitimate excuse or reason for why something is what it is. Handle it in court. The police officer needs to protect themselves and others. Fighting police gets you hurt/arrested/killed. Running from police gets you hurt/arrested/killed. Cooperate and follow instructions. It’s really not that difficult

44. I get why he was stressed and frustrated. I would have called my lawyer and had him email that paperwork to me or something. Why make someone go through the trouble when he went through the court system. Being penalized for doing the right thing only produces distain. Cops are taught how to calm down individuals for a reason. It was a bad call to do that to him.
