I swear that female officer keyed his car at the end of the video 4:33 she walks behind the other officer for a moment after giving him the dumb guy's keys, pauses near the front of the car like a kid who wants to do something bad, reaches for her belt, and then suddenly puts her hand towards the car which makes a jingling noise.

I remember when I was at a gas station at night, and when I was putting air in my tires some guy who was loitering came right beside me and I thought he was going to stab me. I said sup to him, and I just left. Never trust people who loiter in gas stations.
