First off her stomach is not round it's flabby meaning she's not pregnant. Secondly making jokes, no matter how lighthearted they may be, about a baby born with any type of addiction, shows the character of a person. That's not a joke no matter how it's put. A person who makes those types of jokes or statements might want to check their place on the level of intelligence because you may not be as high up as you think you are.
