I'm born and raised in Miami, lived here my entire life. I complain when it hits 90+ degrees in the summer, the humidity makes it worse, and on those few winter days when it goes down into the 40's I also don't like it. But no way I would trade any of that for conditions like in this video. I would need gloves and a full ski mask on. My hands feel like they are frozen when it's 40 a slight breeze down here. LOL. Best time of the year is early and late winter when we have bright sunny days and 65 degrees and low humidity.
