“Kids Behind Bars: Life or Parole” tells the individual stories of eight previously convicted child offenders sentenced to mandatory life terms, without parole, who are now seeking resentencing on the heels of a recent United States Supreme Court ruling. While some may be resentenced to life, others could be immediately released or given a new sentence that makes them eligible for parole.

  1. For every episode i watched i didn't feel like they should be released either especially the guy who killed his stepmother and brothers with a shot gun at close range on top of that and then started a fire 🔥. Like what is the point of this show when we all know they are not going to be released because of the nature and violence of the crimes they committed?

  2. This fool said "I know I'm coming home" tuhh🤦🏿‍♀️ the nerve of him, this that ish' don't want to take responsibility for what he did want to play the "childhood past mess" 🥴

  3. Watch the full video on Hulu. Not this 6 min clip. I really feel bad for him omg and I know people saw him trying to fight and tried to take him out. He looks like he suffers in there 😔 I hope he’s still alive. Although in here he probably gets it the worst💔 he did it on accident. Nothing about his history matters. It was an accident.

  4. I just finished watching this on Netflix its absolutely horrible what happened, but the parents should be questioned how a 14 year old had access to THEIR gun.

  5. Wow I'm watching this oddly on Jan 31 the day the Baby girl died. Her Family was There for him So Why do This to Them. Rest in Peace Alana🥀

  6. This episode hit me hard. I truly believe it was a horrible accident and a lot of adults failed these 2 kids. I feel for a family who lost a young daughter who never deserved to die so young. I feel for boy who never had a fighting chance. Just tragedy all around.

  7. Why does this dude have a full sleeve and chest tattoos in prison if he went it at 14 years old? I know you can get ink in the pen, been there done that but not that detailed and quality.

  8. His initial story was a racist fabrication that a black guy had shot her. Who knows if a random black kid would have been picked up and falsely convicted had the cops bought it. For that alone he deserves the sentence.

  9. All these sympathy because he’s white. If he was any other color they’d let him rot in jail.

  10. I honestly think he is mentally ill from his abuse. I think when Alana got him in trouble the thought that she was a treat because he never had a family and that was the only family he thought he had. I think he deserves to be in jail because that's the mentality he's gonna have and if he does get out he probably will do it again if he thinks someone is a threat I just hope he gets help in there because no one deserves to have their early childhood demolish like that.

  11. Its so sad. I believe it was an accident. he did showed remorse and was devastated during the trail, everyone express feeling in a different was. The family of Alana is killing themselves everyday with all the hate that runs through their veins. Please parents, locked ALL your guns at home.

  12. Nonono nat these one ! At leas let these MTF out until he turns 60 .
By that time these parents they will be almos stop feeling that her daughter was kill .

  13. did anyone say “ yes!!! ” when it said he was stabbed then said “ no!!! ” when it said he is now recovering?

  14. I been watching this on Hulu and I swear I saw a smirk on his face when he said “i really messed up I didn’t want them to hate me” when he is referring to killing her and her family

  15. When he gets released, if he does, (not likely), he’s going to get murdered by somebody within 72 hours I’m sure of it.

  16. I was so conflicted with this man story. His back story was so sad. I don’t know if he meant to do it or was so jealous of the life the young lady had. He seems so detached from reality.

  17. I watched the full episode of this on hulu. At 14, you definitely should know right from wrong and know that lying doesn't help you. Aaron tells what "really" happened in the full episode. There was other things that I questioned too.

  18. His attorney is a douchebag trying to use the “imaturity” as an excuse for what he did. There’s a lot of other immature kids out there that don’t kill or hurt
