Dear lord, it's the proverbial bull in a china shop come to life.
I would fight hard if I had a child addicted to drugs/alcohol. Mental illness is real and needs to be brought to light. I suffer from mental illness myself and find myself at times abusing drugs and alcohol. Thankfully i catch/stop myself when I fall deeper and strong minded to stop. Unfortunately i relapse every 6-7 months. It’s hard but i try to work on myself everyday. I pray that those struggling find a way out.
