  1. That was nice of the tow truck driver to do that but I always make sure I park in a legal legit spot even if it takes me an extra 10 to 15 minutes

  2. We live in a 2 bdrm apartment and are allowed 2 permits, well with new management things have changed. I had my front window replaced and forgot to take the permit off. Went to the office to get a new one and even showed my receipts and they will not give me a 2nd one. So now I have to park on the street so I wont get towed.

  3. I love everything about this company, the name, it’s owned by a black woman and they seem to have level heads and hearts.

  4. I'm sure if this woman went to the Manager's Office, she could get a sticker for her car, under those circumstances, or her nurse's agency could arrange it with the Manager. Problem solved. I'd bet the old person didn't own a car and the caregiver was parked in her space, which is why she noticed the truck outside the apartment.

  5. It's surprising more tow truck drivers are not shot. Walking around with masks on checking peoples vehicles can be seen as car thieves.

  6. What a waste of police time. Why couldn't you ask those questions that the cop did? Or even explain why it was getting towed? She walked out and you demanded the drop fee. Next time start off with hey you need a permit to park here do you have one? And I bet it's go smoother
