  1. Got to point out how the chief in the last ep said "say diner not chow,we are not feeding animals" and here he just reverts to default and calls it chow…

  2. COME ON PEOPLE WHO CARES IF SHE SAYS OK A LOT LIKE IF YOU WERE NEW TO SOMETHING LIKE WORKING AT MCDONALDS WOULD YOU SAY OK A LOT YES SO STOP YOU ARENT GOING TO SAY mhm BECAUSE YOU’LL SEEM SHY AND WONT GET THE JOB

  3. She makes a good point when she says treating somebody like a human does a lot for their morale.. that is exactly how you will get respect from prisoners as a guard.. hopefully when she works at it more she can be more firm towards the prisoners as well as keep that same amount of respect for them as if you were too nice they will walk on you

  4. i hate when people tell lies and pretend they are something their not. its a fkn disrespect for everyone that was in jail or prison. this girl still talks like she was a convict sometimes, when she says she was in jail for real. tsss… fk this

  5. Is it me or am I the only one counting how many times Sheri continued to say “okay” when given instructions 😂😂

  6. This is all making me feel like every CO should be an inmate for a while to learn empathy and also learn all the blindspots and everything like she did.

  7. Why not just ask for help regardless of who or what is around? Obviously, new employees need more supervision and her co-workers know that. They were all new at some point. Part of not showing intimidation is asking for help when you need it. It's not that hard.
