using rubber conditioner like 303 protectant can keep rubber soft and stop dry cracking even on belts aply every 3-6 months.
FYI one reason a tire can ware is from becoming brittle.
When tires become hard and/or brittle they tend to ware faster, have less traction, and (as you demonstrated in another video) make more road noise.
You can use conditioner on belts as well to prevent cracks and squeeking too.
When using on belts good idea to let it sit few days before driving to alow conditioner to soak in.
lpease give advise,haunting idle.i've watched your videos and have learned alotthanks,i'm still haveing an issue.don't get pissed but ive tested and cleaned everything .it's come down to replacing parts.tps ,iac ficv.the idle still irratric.looked for vac leaks you name it.need advise what to look for next.could it be an ecu problem..i smell gas,and its went from sipping gas to using my tank as a big gulp,,,,HELP!
