15. the idea looks good,,but the tool looks to big/thick and bulky, do not look to useful, if you can get the tool in that tight spots, you can definitely use the regular ratchet… ( it sounds like your doing a promo for this tool )

16. Nice video. However i feel that a ratchet (better if flexible) with long handle or extension will work better due long lever arm. Impact wrench aspect is an advantage but again it didnt seem to be working as in the video.

22. I can't believe you didn't reverse it before using it on the other side!! I had just assumed that you did.

23. Having to break the bolt loose first is the initial problem. I spent nearly three weeks on two bolts on my starter that I had extreme difficulty just even getting the socket and wrench on it and then there was no room to crack the bolt loose. That tool said it was able to handle up to 400 fiit pounds of torque. If you have to crack the bolt before using the tool, it seems to me, it's defeating the purpose and a waste of money.

26. The impact is absorbed in normal tolerance of the tool. Think how much slop there is in a good ratchet, to transfer a near infinitesimal angular impact movement thru a chain or set of multiple gears would require a very well machined and high cost tool. I think its still a good tool.

    I did note that this tools socket adapters REALLY increased the profile by far more than it needed/should have, kinda negating its intended purpose.

    At HF I saw a very long reach ratchet wrench with 3/8 and other end 1/4 socket adapters. Slim and low profile great for tight spots but of course its just hand tool, but it was 30$ but is another great tight place tool.

28. I bought the 3/8" and it broke the first day I used it.  The thing is made of plastic, the chain inside of it came out of the side.  unfortunately this one was junk.  Perhaps if it was made of metal it would have held up better.

31. ah gees, working for alfa romeo, i came up with this, and when i say this i mean this. the drawings i have way before this tool was released are almost identical. the designer i employed was a snydee fuck, and the rest is tite reach tbh tho its more like outreach. my version of this is way superior. hit me up if you want to know more. oh f me, i just seen the price of it too, what an utter POS.

32. It would be nice if these could use the Gearwrench Pass Through or the Craftsman Max Axess type sockets to fit in tighter spots.

33. For this thing to work it has to have a gear belt/chain system. This would not hold up under serious work, nor would it deliver adequate torque. No serious mechanic would own one of these things. As useless as the Gator Socket or the Tiger Wrench, TV shit from the People's (communist) Republic of China. These these things are built in their work (slave labor) camps. You know, "Reeducation camps. "

34. $49.00? Snap On sells the same thing now but they only want one easy payment of $200. I’m starting to really hate Snap On with their insane pricing. They did say it’s impact approved but still that’s a lot.

35. Usually when I have a problem reaching a Bolt/Nut it's because I should've removed the device next to it that's blocking my path.

36. I have the 1/4 inch version and its has come in very handy more often than not. It can be a bit awkward to hold in place at times but it works like a champ.

37. It has an internal chain drive., and while the chain can transmit torque, it is too elastic with all the takeup between parts, and soaks up the rapid short impacts of an impact wrench. If you need to use hand tools to break loose a fastener, why use an impact tool to spin them free, instead of a low profile air ratchet or a drill-driver?

    .Hnt: Epoxy a coupke rare earth magnets to the flats to hold the adaptere when not using them.

    I found it too bulky to fit into most places where I couldn;t use a combination wrench, and not as useful as crowsfoot adapters and an extension bar, a whole set of which costs less than one of those tools. The newer passthrough /combination ratchets with +72 teeth can handle many of the jobs that this can do..

42. The awesome thing about this tool is that the way the adapters are designed you don't take up an extra amount of width for converting from 3/8 to quarter inch or half. With a standard socket wrench, you can't remove the preset Anvil, so you're adding extra with which can kill you when you're adapting to a smaller Drive

43. I'm actually disappointed Eric made that mistake. It actually is pretty obvious that if you're on the same side you'd have to go in the reverse Direction

44. Snap on now makes this tool and it’s of course ridiculous expensive
