  2. I highly doubt this was done to try and fool anyone … rather it's likely it was done to have some fun. Possibly starting with a car with a trashed body. I greatly enjoy watching people build their own creations like this (e.g. project Binki), and from that aspect, it's kind of cool. That said however, yeah, not a very good build, and that price being bid was indeed hilarious.

  28. Looks like someone has used an MG F or MG TF as a basecar. I feel so sorry for that car. They have a reputation for head gasket failure anyway on the K series Rover engine so that would be a bad parody.

  47. that screams like UNITED KINGDOM, there seems to be a bunch of ppl who do really funny car mods. on a fb-group i'm on someone posted a Ferrarie Kit Car based on a volvo 440 (that's a europe only low-end dutch produced volvo from the the late 80's and early 90's)
