Cars like my Fairmont are built over time. In the case of the Fairmont, it took about a year and a half. During that time there are a lot of ‘little’ things that need to be addressed. Things you might not think of at the onset of your build.

I’m hoping the detail found in this video series can help you overcome some of those ‘little’ challenges. Me, I’m proud of my power steering cooler and fuel pressure regulator mounting. They’ve both served me well and I haven’t had any issues.

  1. I like this car and I like what I can see of your mods.  Reminds me (at my age) of the 62-3 Chevy II base model 2 door sedan with all the ways you could go to modify it.  A picture of a 62 Chevy raised up a bit with a straight front axle and a larger but not outrageous size engine up grade makes me smile.  The look of a bench seat with a Hurst shifter with a patterned white ball just brings me back to those days.  Your Fairmont could easily be a newer version of that 62 Chevy II base model 2 door sedan with a rum, rump cam and a 5 or 6 speed Tremec manual transmission (a little pricey) with a 411 rear gear with some tubby tires.  I haven't explored any of your video's about what you did to this model but I'm very, very much looking forward to going through them.Take care and thanks for your time…Rob (ex Bronx boy)

  2. Sadly YouTube is in the midst of a huge purge of content providers and it is vitally important for all of us to stand up to a streaming service that stifles free speech and open expression. I encourage everyone, no matter what kind of content you create, or what kind of content you like to watch, to stand up and let YouTube know this is unacceptable. Don’t tolerate one content provider being removed because it’s only a matter of time before they come for your channel and it’s content!

  3. Hi, how would I go about cleaning a fuse box that is next to the engine? Its got dirt and debris in it. Mainly from trees like pine needles and such. Vacuum, can air or just take it out of the engine and shake all the stuff out? Thanks.

  4. 😭 Nobody has 97 Geo metro 1.3 parts.😢 Do u know a website that has everything Geo?😖

  5. Why not just use the fuel bracket to mark holes on the shock tower and drill them out and simply bolt it directly to the car from the other side? KISS principle

  6. probably covered it in the video and i missed it, or someone already commented.. but be careful with that rubber line.. ethanol eats the shit out of it.. gotta buy that $10 a foot PTFE stuff now..
