  6. Sysda1 When you are at a light stopped your engines radiator is lacking as much moving air. Say when your driving with your window down you stay cooler when your moving vs stopped in the heat of the summer.

  7. For the vehicle Eric thinks is burning oil, try and engine flush product first like Amsoil Engine and Transmission flush or equivalent..  Its a lot cheaper than a new engine so it's worth trying first.   

  8. 96 jeep cherokee, the check engine light is on one day and off the next, the code is saying that there is a misfire in cylinder 1. Also i am getting about 10mpg.

I have an associate's degree in automotive service technology but I don't have any experience and the dealerships in my local area are asking for 5 years experience minimum.   12. Hi Eric. Recent subscriber and fan. I own a 2007 Hyundai Elantra, it has regular maintence and had no trouble. Recently I noticed my car makes a "splashing" sound at the bottom of the car when I accelerate too fast. It usually happens on first gear.
