9. Ford ids systems only have certain tire sizes programmed in to correct your speedo on the truck. You may need to get an aftermarket tuner to input the tire size and gearing to correct your speedo. And if you notice it having a little less power you can regear it to make it have more of a factory feel with the larger tires. You’ll probably need a 4.56 to get back to it having a factory power feel

12. I always found that changing diff ratio didn't have much of a noticeable effect when just driving the car about but when drifting, the car feels totally different.

AdamLz, why don't you make a template so that way every time you break your splitters, you can easily make another without having to mess around with your car? like have an extra splitter laying around so when its time for a new one, you use it as a jig and draw another one out. will save you heaps of time. essentially if you did get a "splitter guy", this is what he would be doing. in the long run will save you time and money to have a jig/template made up.
