  1. Great detailed video… I've owned a 2nd Gen Prius for 4 years.. put 223,000 on it in that time.. 423,000 on it total. They are great cars. Definitely a learning curve to working one them.. But they are NOT hard to wrench on for the most part.

  2. Is the return shipping for the core charge pre-paid? If you have to pay it, take it to your local scrap yard and have them give you an offer. Even if it's slightly less than the core, you might still save money from not having to pay return shipping.

  3. Interesting… NiMH cylindrical cells. Interesting how a Li-on aftermarket upgrade came out before this upgrade. They are vague on the specs when it comes to performance. They say it exceeds OEM, but doesn't specify if the capacity is higher. The aftermarket Li-on option has higher performance than OEM, but is much lighter (about half as much) with the same capacity.

  4. That OG video inspired me to fix a $500 gen 2. It was not terrible but I will recomended replacing all cells if you can cuz I had to take it apart 2 more times

  5. I wish we could crowd find chrisfix to fix everything on every vehicle. It would be amazing. I’d like to see more performance stuff and more truck stuff
