  1. hey man, super nice video, nice vet by the way super clean engine… i got a thing for you.. What do you think about take out the egr system? i read a lot about it and saw a lots of pros and con; i got a explorer 2004 xlt and whant to take it out, in my country (Venezuela) non of that it's illegal, but i want your opinion about it, Thanks

  2. I get a check engine light once a year for a day. But it goes off for 99% of the year. I have a 1993 Dodge Ram B250 V8 van with the older non electric EGR in it. My EGR transducer has been vibrating (sounding like water faucet pressure squeeling sound when the engine usually is heading uphill), for a while, now. Is there a diaphram inside this black saucer shaped transducer that is likely ripped? I initially didn't know what these parts were called and how to google them. Now I have solid knowlege. Thanks!

  3. EGR makes your car run better? Uhm…….never has, never will, it only makes your motor pollute inteslf instead of cutting the emissions by 0.00001%. The only thing that should ever be done to EGR, is get ripped into pieces and thrown out. And maybe stepped on few times

  4. Amazing video! Love your work chris! Keep it up man! You may have just saved a decent chunk of money! Thank you man! You deserve the absolute best sir!!!

  5. Well this would be helpful if my EGR looked anything like this one. Shame lol can’t find a video on how to clean mine if you even can

  6. The pointless shingle parallely melt because nut disappointedly repair astride a elfin chime. trite, flowery march

  7. I paid these clowns a lot of money to replace the head gaskets etc on my 93 Buick Park Avenue. I get the thing back and now throws service engine light codes 54 55 56 and 58. OBD1. Some are EGR related…it is a electric unit..does it need to be changed?
