16. well my friend got his car impounded after they took him away in the cop car because he was the only one driving at the time. they have the power to do that if they want to. it just takes that one cop to go out of his way and be the dick of the day

17. Weird..I live in PA, I was caught doing 110 in a 40. Got charged with excessive speeding, illegal street racing, and wreckless driving. Each fine was like 250.00 and I lost my license for a year. Got caught driving on suspended license about 6 months into the original suspension and it was suspended an additional year. I was never sent to jail and my car was never impounded.

22. lol its funny because i live in houston and street racing is STUPID illegal. youd think people wouldnt race. i suppose these caliber of cars dont give a damn, but my friends simple 07 gt mustang passing someone doing 90 or so…impounded…jail time…crazy fines…license restrictions…and plenttty of other unnecessary stresses. high danger. high risk. but thats what makes it fun. more importantly thats what makes the texas streets dvd extremely entertaining
