Hey Shawn, mine isn't murdered out and it isn't as fast as yours but I bet it is as fast as yours was when your guy's show first started, it does mid 9s on motor in the 1/4, I might add giggle juice this year to hit the 8s Its a 69 with a 555
My 72 is kinda murdered out and does high 10s in the 1/4 on all motor

Had a buddy with a '72 Chevelle that ended up getting stolen. That was the first car that really got me into cars. She was just a small pump gas 383 with a turbo 400 but she was fun. There's something about those old cars. Hopefully 20-30 years from now, your son will hand it down to his son and so and and so forth, Shawn.
