20. That's the exact same motor in my pop's Chevelle and we've been beating on that poor old motor for years with a 4 speed and gears. We have had so much fun together ripping that thing.

25. My catalytic converters plugged up on my Impala, and it found an exit through the a.I.r. Manifold and lit the air hoses and hood mat on fire.lol. That was more than 20 years ago, and still make me laugh a little.

26. I don't mean to disrespect the work your doing on the donk. From my viewing angle the under the hood area looks pretty crapy.. Why wasn't that area made to be as clean as that motor your putting in?

Ok, I need to put my three cents in (why not two cents call inflation if I put my 4 cents in it would be the Dillard tax) anywhat if you are not going to install the air pump why not be a nice guy and take the tubes off the right way because original air injection tubes are worth money to restorers and installing some brass pipe plugs in the manifolds because it looks o so much better. The clicking sound could be kicker solenoid on the carburetor.

36. You prolly think I'm a moron but I run rotella diesel oil in my vintage engines with flat tappets. It's got the vitamins and minerals them engines need. How come you don't see any Ford's donked? I got a 73 Thunderbird with a Holman and Moody 429 block I think would be a candidate. You just don't see them where I live.
