In this episode we button up a few suspension components, mount the radiator, and then take the car out for its very first drive since it was crashed.

Without Kim the car is illegal, you have no rear light.

great fabricating dude! Very inspiring videos, they help me stay motivated on my own projects.
Such a fun build been binge watching it.
what is the part number for the rivnut setup that you are using
I think you are spot on with everything BUT, and for the first time, I have a suggestion. You need some rubber isolation pieces between the bottom radiator mounts (steel) and the thin walled radiator material. It won't just be in contact. It will be in contact and in constant motion.
corvette kart vs evora kart has to happen now (i know the car's done lmao)
Imagine being one of his neighbors looking out of their window at that madness on wheels and then a couple of months later seeing a super car come out of the garage.
Why did you use steel?
What are you going to do with it once you are done building it?
You guys are like Roadkill!
In german it´s called a Klappenauspuff which is a kind of exhaust with kind of a valve in the middle. With the valve open the car is louder because the muffler is being bypassed. If the valve is closed the exhaust gases are being forced through the muffler which maked the car more silently.
hose clamps on a high pressure power steering line?….
exup valve

lots of trouble usually serious 😉 …..and tons of fun!
Nice to see her running!
I only gave it a thumbs up because you broke Kim's neck
Watching this makes me want to go work on my project so much, but I dont have a garage and it's 100 Degrees F outside. Lol
So.. uh.. Im not sure what I just watched. What is this channel about… 😐 Im intrigued
That exhaust valve at 4:50 is called the Engine Protection valve. It keeps the noise down and changes exhaust tone during normal driving, then opens up above 5500 RPM to reduce back-pressure by allowing the majority of the exhaust through a second low-drag muffler system. Lotus claims that when open, it makes more noise and power, and gives significantly sharper throttle response, I'd buy the first two, but I'm dubious about the third claim… TO THE DYNO PLEASE!!!!
