You wouldnt be able to weld that aluminum with a mig welder anyway unless you had a spool gun and a gas capable welder.
You were suppose to jack the car up from the back side of the car in order for all the oil to drain from the oil pan
Jubilee Clip
In Australia, those screw band clamp thingies are called Jubilee Clamps (no idea why, but there ya go.) 😛
Ha ha .. love the 7/11 hastag sponsor me, love the mountain dew good choice
Men why do i get excited about this. I always smiled every time you do something and it would actually work.lols
Throw a vacuum on the oil filler and it would stop leaking (creates vacuum in the crankcase)
Haha you rock man. I only found out about your channel yesterday, but I'm at episide 19 now and been loving it the entire time. Love your approach to problems. I always get shit from my friends for my DIY fixes and solutions, but if it works, why knock it? Keep it up!
Correction !!! If you do build a SEALED box that takes air from the outside and install a quality filter/cone i use KNN you can improve the air intake and air flow o the engine in some applications like really high end cars or super cars you are better off with stock equipment .sorry not being negative but i have tested that situation and from racing and also Dino test .
Don't reuse those gaskets!
8:25 is possibly the best thing I've seen today
The way i always test if sonethings air tight is if itll hold water itll hold air but i wouldnt do that with the MAF in there
FYI the metal ring is called a hose clamp
Whole thing is just incredibly ghetto. Bunging a load of epoxy is not a fix its a bodge. you either need to take it off, soak it ascetone to remove all the crap then tig it once you have dead end drilled the crack or just replace the timing case. The gasket is just rtv sealant, scrape it off with a razor and re apply. Ultimately what has been done here is a nasty bodge job that will fail at some point.
you can reuse gasket
this is totally of topic that has to do anything with this video. but what kind of shoes do you have? the retro flect caught my eye.
Hose clamps, also I wouldn't reuse the gaskets unless you wants some leakage. And nobody likes leakage…
where does the crack come from?
its a timing cover, not a crank case. you can replace those, but idk how much it would be.
you can just hammer a screwdriver into a stuck oil filter. and use the screwdriver to turn it
You should plug the cables of all, for the engine to heat will melt them
Its a timing cover, if the crankcase was cracked it would be new engine time.
As long as the gasket looks in good condition, I haven't had a problem reusing exhaust gaskets.
go for it.

I just bought the key chain from your website, I'm hoping you can sign it 😅
You can't weld cast aluminum with a mig welder, & I don't think it would work w/ a tig welder either
plz plz tell me or show me where my MAF is im stuck and having trouble finding it on my car 97 integra
You really need to get a stand up heater that hooks up to a grill sized propane tank.
pipe clamps
this was uploaded on my birthdayyy 🙂
