7. Okay.. that ruling is just shy of paying a million dollars, every day, for an entire year.
   This is probably the first time I've been legit impressed by any Donalds debacular accomplishments.

8. The Judge is wrong and needs to get an education on mortgage financing. The application asks you for your credit and appraisal authorization. Trump did what a bank wants…give them numbers and credit. Suppose they feel the Total Debit Service ratio is affordable. In that case, they approve it conditional on a satisfactory appraisal and Trump's ability to service the new mortgage. Then, they do an in-house appraisal (with a qualified appraiser designation). Most banks care more about good credit and the ability to repay than equity. The judge should have mentioned the criteria and may have presumed it was an equity mortgage. It may not be an equity loan. Most lenders prefer good credit and Total Debt Service Ratio ( TDS ) ratio over equity. Equity loans are old-fashioned.😁 Due to this ruling, the mortgage industry and the entire New York will be scared to apply for any financing. This may cause lots of damage to an already failing business state., According to Keven O'Leary, investors will go to other states to invest because of this Trump ruling.

9. Incidentally. If you've been lucky enough to have never gone to court before, let me tell you it's not like it is on television (shocking revelation!). It's fantastically complicated. That's why (competent) lawyers take years to learn the law. I'll fantastically over simplify it, but if I took your stick and I disagreed and you claimed that was your stick and you took this to court? This would require definitions of what a stick is, propriety rights on said stick, aggression/non-aggression of participants in relation to the stick (after the two week delay on establishing a definition of what a stick is), an independent evaluation of your character and if you had a past history of stick claiming…etc, and fucking forever. It drags on for a near lifetime of stupid crap that has to be checked. But on the plus side, when that stuff has been checked and deemed admissable? Then lawyers argue about the provenance of the stick, and etc and so forth. It's interminable. I didn't even want the stick. It was actually a frissbee. Have it back, man, I don't care. It was on my land though……….So what is the providence of your land and how do we define that? FUCK OFF!! Take the fucking frisbee. I threw it back anyway! You get paid £300,000 a year for this??
