Russia-Ukraine: North Korean artillery being used by Russia, U.S. intel. says | LiveNOW from FOX

Russia used missiles sourced from North Korea to conduct strikes against Ukraine, the White House said.

National security spokesperson John Kirby called North Korea’s arms transfer to Russia a “significant and concerning escalation.”
