  1. As a fellow cancer survivor, my condolences to her family. I do not wish that disease on anyone. As for her, she was a chauvinistic feminist and sexist misandrist. She viewed men as lesser beings and was very condescending and clearly conveyed to the men she interviewed that they owed her explanation because she was a woman and they were men. Her professional "achievements" stemmed from the the fact that she was an American patrician, of the "to the manner born" element of the American version of royalty. Her father was Hale Boggs, and her family had roots dating to the Louisiana Purchase. LBJ attended her wedding, and so forth. With those connections and head start, how could she not be successful in that Washington political world. Not impressed with her "success".

  2. Outstanding reporter, my condolence to the family. May the Holy Spirit comfort each and every family member, reminding the of the superior journalist she was

  3. Ms. Roberts inspired me to quit listening to National Public Radio when, on the 50th Anniversary of the JFK assassination she dismissed anyone who disagreed with the Warren Commission's findings that Lee Oswald was the lone assassin as conspiracy theorist wackos thus limiting discussion of the subject to mere seconds. I've read all of Mark Lane's books and many others including Sam Giancana Junior's book and anyone with an ounce of interest and literacy can recognize Ms. Roberts for the elitist propagandist she was. Of course she had no bias in her coverage, her father having been on the commission. Such a tightly controlled world we live in. And she was a tool for the controllers. Shame on you, Ms. Roberts. You suppressed the truth, you did not report it.

  4. Cokie Roberts got her job just like the millionaires kids at every major firm in America. Pure bull manure! She worked hard! Access and having her Dad's massive savings account did not matter.

  5. Thank you Jesus for helping me make this woman cry on Election Night 2016. Rachel Maddow gagged with sorrow the same night. Nothing beat Hillary Clinton beating the crap out of her husband. Goodbye Cokie!

  6. I did not always agree with Cokie but I always respected her opinion. She did not scream, threaten and get hysterical which I cannot tolerate. She thoughtfully set forth her opinion and usually explained why and where she came to believe as she did. Her death is our loss as a nation whose political reporters become more and more extreme.

  7. Mental illness did not cause 9 deaths but the gun did
That’s like saying ‘cancer did not cause my death, my body did’

  8. An American Treasure. Integrity journalism at its best. I grew up watching her n trusting her, just loved her. A role model. Blessings to her family, my heart is sad for us but I’m sure God opened his arms for a big welcome home.

  9. Liberal apologist who was the first journalist to utter the phrase "blow job* on national television (during the Lewinsky affair) and who got her nickname because she always did a few lines before she went on the air.
OK, two out of three truthful assertions is better than the 100% fake news bullshit the media cranks out today.
Enjoy the dirt nap, Coke…er…Cookie…er…whatever the fuck your name was.

  10. Donna Brazile, has no idea what journalistic integrity is and frankly speaking I would think Cokie would have been shocked to see her involved in any sort of news media after being found to have given Hillary debate questions. Go away Donna. Just GO AWAY.

  11. Now were are stuck with such radial wing nuts who constantly display Trump derangement syndrome such as Martha RAddatz who cried when Hillary Clinton Lost ( so much for non bias reporting ) Andrea Mitchel who is about to have a stroke every time she mentions Trumps name and finally Joe Ried the race hustler who hates white so much her head spins around like Linda Blair from the exorcist spewing out vomit laden racist, bigoted hatred remarks about White Christian Males. Has anyone thought of send Ried for a mental check up.?

  12. In my heart, I felt Ms. Roberts' recent appearance on This Week would be her final one. She was a remarkable journalist and her contributions will not be forgotten.
