Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels appear to be responsible for the destruction of four underwater communications cables connecting Europe and Asia, according to a report from Israeli media. The four cables between Saudi Arabia and Djibouti mark a serious disruption of communications between the two continents. This comes amid the Houthi attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea. Jonathan Schanzer with the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies touched on this and other developments on the Israel-Hamas war.

Where in the world you came up with those numbers. 12,000 killed, 10,000 injured, and 3,000 captured, and 3000 are still active? you left out 1,500 of them that were killed on October 7 in Israel. based on your made-up numbers they should have only 1,500 fighters left. 30,000 is 1.5% of the population. If you apply the same percentage to the US population, it means the US has 5,100,000 active duty military personnel. And let's not forget half the population in Gaza are Children. I think a little thought process could save you the embarrassment of throwing around numbers.
