  1. Color me stupid because I know very little about boats but wouldn't you rather have the transmission ratio reversed? As in 1:2 rather than 2:1. 2 turns of the screw for every 1 of RPM?

I'm a dummy question, Where did you find all the details of, meaning what systems needed to be included on the accessery drive system off the engine in order to convert it from land vehicle to water vehicle needs? I ask cause, I generally know what you are doing is right based on what I know about motors, but I would like to have like a check list of systems to be sure are in place for all motor systems? Yes, my google foo is weak.

    You had two 454s that were really two 468s

  4. Dumb idea. Marinas do not carry 93 octane and also on a boat you want RELIABILITY first and everything else second. Given your diesel problems one would have thought you'd a figured that out by now. 8:1 compression!!! Not 10:1.

  5. Why would u get rid of the diesels. If u fixed them they would be more fuel efficient, more torque,and be more reliable. This man doesn’t know what he’s doing.

  6. B is for Bone head should have stuck with the original diesel engines. plus who buys any vehicle without giving it a good once over the surprise where ran out off all the oil on one engine sounds like horse shit when I heard you say it .Shit just say you like whistlindiesel.

  7. why not use the raw water pump that bolts to the front of the crankshaft?. more reliable with one less belt to contend with and should have the room since gas eng is shorter than diesel.

  8. Boat stands for "Brake Out another Thousand " . Do you know what you call a boat with a hole in it ? ……. a sink …. do you know why boats don't like the number 5 …..because sinko….. horrific jokes aside cool build the boat looks sharp.

  9. I hate diesels in cars. I loved the Cummins diesels in this boat. I looked forward to the rebuilds. But damn I want to see this LS build now!!! Performance and fuel consumption are gonna be interesting.
