What was the collateral that Correa signed over to China in return for their loan when he was president? Why could not Ecuador complete the refinery in Manta? Why does Ecuador, an OPEC member, have to IMPORT refined gasoline, diesel and LNG? Why would no one else in the world loan money to Ecuador?
