You "could" use it on your laptop but it would have to be ported as there is no Live Wallpaper support on Windows.
Cellula live wallpaper is my favorite…

When u have both an iPod touch 4 generation (which I'm sure most people have) and and android cell phone (which some like the evo are better than the I phone 4 you don't have to choose between the markets and display bc u will have the best of both worlds

i think that iphone will always be better than android even through android has some cool things that iphobe cant do like this,over all iphone is the best coming,from a android samsung vibrant user an a iphone 4 as well iphones app store is better than android,games are better even through they dont have the emulator,high quality video that u can edit,i mean androids are great dont get me wrong its jus as gud as the iphone but android will never be better than it,just look at the sales of both.

Keep in mind live wallpapers don't work on all android phones. Like my HTC Hero, probably because of slower cpu.
