  1. I am Sorry to say it but Google Play Sucks in Germany. For this App you be Forced to have an Visa or Master Card. The older Version of this App called Google Marked you could chose pay pal, pay on Bill or Pay by Phone Bill. This Newer Version Sucks. Because i don't ever have will Recive an Visa nor Master Card. So I never have the Choice to Buy Apps in this Shop.

  2. Appreciate the video! It's always helpful to know what you're getting into before you drop $600 on a Google Play phone. I have a Nexus 4 but I always wanted to know what differences exist between my phone and one of those shown.

  3. you cleary don't understand my comment. The HTC One and S4 features MAKE THEM $600, so why is google still selling it for $600 if it doesnt have those features. and also Not "everyone" hates the overlay Maybe you spend too much time on the internet

  4. you clearly don't understand android…. Every one hates the htc and samsung overlays, they slow them down and no one uses the gimmicks aka "features". if you want those "features" buy the normal ones

  5. This makes no sense. Why pay for a $600 s4 or $500 HTC one when they basically removed all the bells and whistles that made it $600…..fucking stupid this is entering iPhone level of shitty….If you are going to take all the features away just for stock android DECREASE THE FUCKING PRICE

  6. Both are great phones but I'll definitely go with the champion, been the high contender of android phones and won for quite a while with the s2 and s3, I'm definitely going s4, it's awesome. Sure it doesn't have sick front facing speakers and a metal body but overall it's better 😀

  7. They probably won't make an update but theres this thing called CyanogenMod and if you download it, it will be like the Nexus interface, search it on Google.

  8. I'm buying an s4 from Verizon and they running on stock Samsung which is not bad but I had a nexus before and the nexus software is by far the B E S T ' experience I had
I was wondering if google is going to release and update that makes your phone run with nexus or do you have to buy the phone from google ??

  9. The HTC one Google Play edition has the exact same hardware as the normal HTC one, the difference is the OS. Google play edition runs stock android, which means its the default android without any add-ons or extra skins. Also all updates are run through google which means when an update for android is available, you will get it faster because you will get it from google instead of waiting for HTC to push the update. It's up to people to decide if they like stock android or if they like the skins

  10. I want the play edition HTC One but ive had the GNex for almost two years & im so bored with the UI. The only real bonus i see to buying the play edition is the fact that its unlocked and comes with 4.2.2 but i dont know if thats worth $600.

  11. You know it really is tough to select. I would have the HTC One for sure but as much as I love stock Android, it's a real shame for some of the value adding features of Sense to just disappear. I guess the best option if these manufacturers developed a easy one press toolkit to switch from Sense to Google Play Edition from their websites, that way when you get bored of one format you can just switch to the other.

  12. U live the idea of stock android but i prefer htc sense.. Because i can keep it and if i get bored i can just fliadh cyanogen mod rom or w/e else.. N keep sense 5 on my recovery

  13. I got me the Galaxy s4 Google Edition. im on att and i went to go get my sim card swapped for a micro sd card. there is LTE coverage in my area but they told me that since my Galaxy S4 Google Edition is an unlocked device, it does not show up in their systems at all, they say it is LTE capable but cannot add it to the phone unless u borrow the IMEI number from a person using a Galaxy S4 with Att.. so I ended up with old H signal on my new LTE capable device… worst nightmare ever.

  14. i feel so mother fucking stupid. I bought s4 not having a clue xperia z was coming out for tmobile in usa. Now i regret it. I really really wanted Z when i first saw it

  15. Hi,

I would like to know about memory on the google S4. With stock google software does it still only have 9GB of usable space?

  16. @AndroidCentral Hey, I just bought the Galaxy S4 Google Edition. Is this available to be on GSM MVNOs? Like Straight Talk, Net10, etc. Or anyone answer lol.

  17. What is it with Samsung? Why do they always add some apps like earth and wallet. On touchwiz you get so much useless shit..

  18. "In the Verge Battery Test (our standard test that cycles through a series of popular websites and high-res images with brightness set to 65 percent) each phone came in at about six hours. In HTC’s case, that’s a full hour longer than the Sense version managed to pull off." I found it, in HTC's case, that is like 20%

  19. i dont know for sure, but i can almost guarantee battery life is better on stock. a stock rom on the same phone should have better battery life
