  1. This is my list from ChatGPT

    01) Respect Others: Show respect to fellow inmates, guards, and staff. Avoid confrontation and be mindful of others' personal space and boundaries.

    02) Stay Neutral: Avoid getting involved in prison politics, gangs, or cliques. Maintain a neutral stance to minimize conflicts. (Possibly Negative)

    03) Mind Your Own Business: Don't pry into others' affairs or gossip. Keeping a low profile reduces the chances of getting into trouble.

    04) Build Relationships Carefully: Be cautious about whom you trust. Develop relationships slowly and based on mutual respect.

    05) Follow Rules: Obey prison rules and regulations strictly. This helps in staying out of trouble and avoiding punishments. (Negative)

    06) Stay Busy: Engage in activities such as reading, exercise, or educational programs offered in prison. Keeping busy reduces stress and helps pass the time.

    07) Developing Coping Mechanisms: Find healthy ways to cope with stress, such as meditation, journaling, or talking to a counselor if available.

    08) Stay Healthy: Exercise regularly and eat nutritious meals. Physical health contributes to mental well-being. (Negative)

    09) Prepare for Release: Use the time to plan for your future. Take advantage of any educational or vocational programs offered to improve your skills.

    10) Stay Positive: Maintain a positive attitude and focus on personal growth. Visualize a future beyond prison and set goals for yourself.

  2. JOE HOPE YOU SEE THIS⬇️IDK if you will, but at least wanted try reach out so you knew How much you literally played a role in my life, by helping me prepare for prison. My names PATRICK everybody calls me PACKY. In May of 2017 I found out I was about to go to prison at my next court date, so being curious of what to expect, I searched prison on YouTube. Your channel showed up. I instantly loved it, considered myself a part of APS army. Fast forward 7 years later I'm home now. I even saw you on cable TV, on a very big news outlet channel. They showed you, & said how you were an uprising content creator who was turning their life around creating a platform for ex convicts. Anyways I didn't know if there was a way to email you, so commented. I know a 15min interview is reaching far 😆 but would be grateful if you even replied, or shouted our channel out!! Me & my GF of 18 yrs, & mother of my 3 children, recently started creating our own content. Our FB has over 10K followers (all from a prison cooking video that got million+ views) but our YouTube & TikTok haven't quite took off yet. My girl watched your channel while I was gone, to keep me updated 😆 I did 6 yrs 9 months in level 2 dorms, then our states worste level 3 closed security penitentiary. Been home 7 months, & got out ON my daughters 9th Bday gratefully. So glad to be home with my family again!! In my opinion, your THE G.O.A.T of prison social media platforms… @FINALLYFREEfamilylife

  3. I had some better "friends" in prison then I do on the streets. It's hard to find someone on the street that will really truly have your back. Some people's family, their own blood turn on them these days 😂😂

  4. I got an insane question

Let's just say a Raccoon full grown was thrown into a pod with nothing and just prisoners are told that he's the pod mascot and have to look after him, a domesticated Raccoon from a zoo so he is used to being taken care of by humans

How well do you think would go, would the raccoon become a loved pet or will he stink up the pod and become raccoon stew 😮

  5. Arkansas prison make you shave. Had a lou stop me on my way to chow a chew me out. I stayed to myself, but did make friends.I was told by Arian Circle to stick to my race if a riot pops off.

  6. Joe… hit the headphone icon and it will talk back to you, so you don't have to read it out back to us 🙂
(edit: nevermind, I like to hear you talk, so it's better this way)

  7. First off – following prison rules doesn't necessarily mean the police rules. Think of all the unspoken and commonly known rules. Following the rules should be pretty damn important. Then Joe brings up not showering LOL. That is a rule – follow it or be a viking and take a beat down or worse. Same thing could be said if you try to be a candy man in a gang controlled market, etc. So many rules and yes number 1 is actually the most important if you ask me. So many of the other rules link to the first. Number 8 especially, they rely on each other.

But hey that's just a theory a prison theory.
