8. Trilogy guys are amateurs. Just one of them should do the confrontation. One asks a question and without giving the person a chance to respond, the other one asks another question. They need more advanced planning. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes confronting this person with a bunch of questions. Too man unimportant questions, like "This is your car?" Stick to the point of the confrontation. The guy they questioned is also not very smart, by even talking to these 2 guys. Here's another thing, why did they blur the guy's face? Is it illegal to show it? Why aren't cops involved here? Maybe because in a previous video I saw, cops let the person walk away. It's terrific they saved the older person from the scam, but these guys need better planning.

21. I just got a text… they said they were UPS and they tried to deliver a large package two times but I wasn’t there… they said you only get free delivery 2 times so I need to call this number and pay and they will bring my package to me…

22. Trilogy are a couple of amateurs. I know they are nice guys but they are going to get themselves or someone else hurt by pulling these stunts. I've seen them "confront" scammers and mules before and they never produce anything and the mules promise to call them and they never do…big surprise!

25. I really appreciate what you guys do, but if youve noticed a 'stereotypical' type being used as 'mules,' you might try wearing suits, white shirts, and 'aviator' shades? You dont even have to lie, these clowns will be overwhelmed by your 'federal' appearance, and will sing like bucking firds! Just a thought! And, if the 'mule' has you explaining that they are part of an illegal scam, you are being duped. No need to play on their moral compass, its too late, and the mule will know that they are safe. 27. Riven Garen knew exactly what was going on . . . a mule operation . . . and was obviously scared shitless about what would happen to him if he ratted out information to the Trilogy dudes. Some of the mule operations are gang-banger driven and ruthless. Rats can easily be "disappeared".
