Florida has banned heat breaks for outside workers. How can states and local governments pass laws that are

I adopted 2 babies, born in Russia in 1998. We were told they were born with syphilis which was pretty much assumed about all orphanage babies in Russia at that time. Syphilis was so rampant in Russia then, that all orphanage babies were treated with megadoses of penicillin just as a matter of standard procedure.
I worked for Dr Levine in the way backs. Best government boss I ever had.

I have PTSD. It is a lifelong condition and makes life challenging. I was in 9/11 and stayed to help many people. What people don't know is that there were continuous periodic explosions after the plane hit. Every time there was an explosion, things came down from the sky. I won't say what. It is enough to say that it was like the frontline on a battlefield. I saved many, many lives. But it came at a personal coast. I have both physical and mental condition PTSD. I am told that medicare will no longer assist in paying for my therapy which is essential for me. I am retired and a big percentage of my income goes to pay health insurance premiums every month. After, paying for premiums and medical expenses. There isn't that much left. I live a simple no frills life and can't afford this treatment without the insurance supplement. I already pay a great deal of money in premiums. I have not had a pay increase since 9/11. Every Cost Of Living Increase i get does not come close to the increase in premiums. Every year i go backwards.
