  1. Sam you are missing a part on the Engine Mounts. Take a look at your video for the Drivers side and Passenger Side and you will see there is another damper mounted to the top of the mount. You will see clean screw holes on the passengers side where it is mounted. The drivers side has the piece installed.

  2. If I’m not mistaken the black spacer on the strut shaft should have been removed when technician performed pre delivery inspection.

  3. I have a good reason to believe someone is impersonating Samcrac, if you get a request to send someone money using “Telegram” be vigilant because it’s a scam. Samcrac can correct me if I’m wrong.
