Totally agree with Mr Stewart on this. I can tell you from personal experience working on past due medical claims for the victims of 911 whose injuries and illnesses were a direct result of the 911 tragedy, that funds are only made available periodically and these heroes' medical bills have to wait to be paid until such time as the funds are deemed authorized to be released; risking their good credit should a provider of services turn them over to collection efforts. We are talking how many years ago? AND, this is how they are treated. Congress, this is a crime against our own citizens. Unacceptable. No Excuse Ever.
