He told us he’s never won a race with the Blackhawk! That’s incredibly shocking to hear considering how competitive this car and driver combo can be! In previous years, Joe could often be caught dragging the bumper down the 60’ while he gazed at the sky. Wheelies and bumper stands probably didn’t help him take home any wins, but we’re glad he’s got the power delivery smoothed out and his new setup DIALED in this year! It seems that making the switch from nitrous to a pair of Precision twin’s has really been paying off for this car, because it is MOVING! As one of our local racers, we will likely see Joe and his Blackhawk again very soon, STAY TUNED!

Love that Firebird because of the way you hear those twin Turbos sucking that air into that motor.it's very surprising he hadn't already won a race with that car because he's pretty good on that reaction time And that Firebird was making some good passes . Glad he finally won 1.
